About Cleamano

Built to make cleaning businesses easier to run

Cleamano brings the essential parts of running a cleaning company into one connected platform — from client management and quoting to scheduling, field operations, invoicing and business documents.

Why Cleamano exists

Cleaning is an operations business. The money is not made in the office; it is made by pricing the job correctly, sending the right crew at the right time, and invoicing what was actually done. Most software sold to small businesses is built for none of that. It is either a generic CRM that knows nothing about square footage and travel zones, or an invoicing tool that starts after the hard part is over.

So owners assemble their own system out of spreadsheets, calendars and text messages. It works until it does not: a job is missed, a quote is priced from memory, an invoice never goes out. Cleamano exists to hold that chain together in one place, with the vocabulary and rules of the cleaning trade built in.

The work is spread across too many tools

A spreadsheet for clients, a phone calendar for jobs, a notes app for prices, a text thread with the crew, and an invoicing app that knows nothing about any of it. Nothing is wrong individually; together they leak information.

Quoting is done from memory

Square footage, add-ons, travel zone, pets, rush jobs: the price is right when the person quoting remembers every rule. When someone else quotes, the number moves, and margin moves with it.

What happened on site stays on site

The crew knows the job ran long, that a room was inaccessible, that the client asked for extra work. If none of that reaches the invoice, it is never paid for.

Invoicing lags behind the work

Jobs finish faster than paperwork. Invoices go out days later, some never go out at all, and chasing payment means rebuilding what was done from scattered notes.

Who it is for

Cleamano is designed for cleaning businesses in the United States: residential, commercial, maid services, move-in and move-out, recurring contracts and one-off deep cleans.

Independent cleaners becoming a business

You are past the point where a notebook works, and you need quotes and invoices that look professional.

Growing residential and commercial companies

Several crews, recurring contracts, and a schedule that has to hold together when a job moves.

Teams drowning in paperwork

Contracts, service agreements, entry authorizations and checklists that have to be produced, signed and found again.

How we build the product

A few principles decide what goes in and, more often, what stays out.

One chain, not a folder of apps

A client record becomes a quote, a quote becomes a scheduled job, a job becomes an invoice. Each step keeps its history, so the invoice can always answer the question “what exactly was sold and done?”

Built for the crew, not just the office

Field work happens on a phone, standing up, often in a hurry. Job details, tasks, check-in and photos are made to be used in that context, not to be filled in later at a desk.

Pricing rules the software remembers

Services, products, add-ons, zones, discounts and taxes are configured once. The quote applies them the same way every time, whoever writes it.

Your brand on every document

Quotes, invoices, contracts and checklists carry your logo, your colors and your terms. Clients see your company, not the software behind it.

Plain, predictable software

A cleaning business does not have an IT department. The product has to be learnable in an afternoon and stay out of the way after that.

See whether it fits how you work

Every plan can be tried free for a month, with no credit card. If something is missing for your business, we would rather hear it early.
