Can I try the platform for free?+
Yes — every plan, Starter to Business, comes with a 1-month free trial and no credit card required. You get the full plan, not a stripped-down version. The trial is available once per company: when it ends, subscribe to continue or let the account expire at no cost.
What happens when the trial ends?+
If you have not subscribed, workspace access is suspended: you keep your data but can no longer create new records. Subscribing reactivates your account immediately. You can also subscribe before the end of the trial to avoid any interruption.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, plus PayPal as an option. Payments are secured to PCI-DSS standards. No card data is stored on our servers.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes — you can upgrade immediately (proration is applied automatically) or downgrade at the end of your billing period. You manage all of it from Settings → Billing in your workspace.
How does annual billing work?+
Choosing the annual cycle gets you 2 months free (about 17% savings). You pay once at the start of the period. You can switch back to monthly at the end of the year.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?+
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charge is made. Your data stays available for 90 days after cancellation, then it is archived (recoverable on request).
