No surprises after the checkout page. Here is exactly how billing works.
Free trial
Every plan can be started with a 30-day free trial. No card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. The trial is available once per company.
When billing starts
Billing starts when you subscribe, not when you start a trial. Since no card is collected for the trial, a trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own — you decide to subscribe.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly or yearly, depending on the cycle you chose — until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered on their hosted page and never reach our servers.
How to cancel
Cancel yourself at any time from Billing in your workspace, in two clicks. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can resume the subscription before the period ends if you change your mind.
After cancellation
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace is suspended. Your data is kept, not deleted, so subscribing again puts you straight back to work. To have your data exported or permanently deleted, email us.

Everything you need to know
Can I try the platform for free?+
Yes — every plan, Starter to Business, comes with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required. You get the full plan, not a stripped-down version. The trial is available once per company: when it ends, subscribe to continue or let the account expire at no cost.
What happens when the trial ends?+
If you have not subscribed, workspace access is suspended: you keep your data but can no longer create new records. Subscribing reactivates your account immediately. You can also subscribe before the end of the trial to avoid any interruption.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. You enter your card on a Stripe-hosted checkout page, so no card data ever reaches our servers.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes, from Billing in your workspace. You confirm the new plan through a secure checkout, and your previous subscription is replaced automatically so you are never billed twice for the same period.
How does annual billing work?+
Choosing the annual cycle gets you 2 months free (about 17% savings). You pay once at the start of the period, and it renews yearly until you cancel. You can move back to monthly by switching cycle from Billing.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?+
You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made. After that the workspace is suspended and your data is kept — we do not delete accounts automatically — so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again. Email us if you want your data exported or permanently deleted.
